Description

JSC DNEPROPETROVSK AGGREGATE PLANT offers electrochemical coating services by galvanizing with supplementary oxide phosphatization or chromate conversion coating (passivation) of items produced from low-alloyed steel on a mechanized production line.
 

Technical specifications of a mechanized line:
 

  • Phosphatizing (chromate conversion coating) bath – 1 pc 
  • Dimensions of the bath: Width – *2 cm; Volume – **0 L. All services are negotiable in pricing and conditions.
Each stage of galvanic coating and paint coating process is subject to continuous process control on the part of quality management specialists, using special-purpose equipment – thickness gauges, micrometers, etc.
 

Galvanic workshop of the plant wields extensive capacities employable for the following coating technological processes:
 

Electrochemical zinc plating (galvanizing) with supplementary oxide phosphatization or chromate conversion coating (passivation) of low-alloyed steels on the mechanized coating line. Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than *0 kg, by length – not more than 0, 6 m. ​​​​
 
Cadmium plating

Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 5 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
 
Copper plating
Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
 
Tin plating (stationary)
Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight –not more than 5 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
 
Tin plating (chamber-charging), intended for coating of small-size components with Ø not less than 5 mm.
Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg (per one charging of chamber).
 
Chrome plating
Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than *0 kg, by length – not more than 1,0 m.
 
Chemical nickel plating
Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,7 m., by width – not more than 0.3 m.
 
Chemical phosphating
