   • Moisture: 0.5% max
   • Impurity: 0.5% max
   • Fat: *8% min.
   • Colour: yellow.
2. Type 2:
   • Acid value: 7 – *0%.
   • Moisture: 1% max
   • Impurity: 1% max
   • Fat: *8% min
   • Colour: Yellow
3. Type 3:
   • Fat: *7% min
   • Moisture: 1% max
   • Impurity: 2% max
   • Colour: Black.
