5 gallon bottled water filling machine is mainly made up of Automatic Caps Removal Machine, automatic up-down loaded barrel machine, wind sending  and washing caps machine, sterilization machine, rotary filling capping machine. Auxiliary equipment are conveying system, heat shrinkable film machine, LED light inspection machine, pail bagging machine, automatic stacking machine.
1 automatic cap-pulled  machine
New patent *- plate-style removal cover, pull cover sucessfully **0% accurate, pulling barrel mouth does not hurt the bucket. While low temperature, heating device can be used and easily pulled out, the heat pipe power is only 3 kw.
2 rotating brush barrels machines
High speed rotating and brushing barrels (speed is adjustable), brush for cleaning barrel neck barrel bottom, all-round cleaning.  secondary water spray cleaning at the exit, closed machine without a drop of water. 8, electric control system
Computer controls the whole system running, independent electronic work station. Filling machine failure, sound and light alarm, the system shuts down equipment depending on the degree of alarm selectively, security, to the greatest extent. Components are imported from Schneider of Germany , Mitsubishi of Japan's and Siemens .
7. Transmission system :
Conveyor chain plates are all made of **4 stainless steel, guardrail are made of  SUS stainless steel imported from Sweden . With design of water catcher below, it can prevent the drop of water, keeping the floor clean. Drive motor with reducer are imported from Italian MOTOVRIO. Stable running, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life.
8 heat shrinkable film machine
