Carbon blackN**0 is the most widely used high abrasionfurnace black. Its iodine adsorption value is *2±7 g/kg, and DBP adsorption is **2±7 cm3/**0g. The abrasion of the N**0 compounds is lower than ISAF compounds but better than those of channel black-compounds.

APPLICATION

Carbon black N**0 is used in the tread compound, cord fabric compound, inner tire and industrial compounds,master batch.

USAGE AND FUNCTION

Carbon black N**0 has good re-inforcement, resulting in good tensile properties, crack resistance, abrasion and elasticity. The hysteresis loss of the passenger tire filled with N**0 is lower than the compounds with other N**0 series except N**1. The N**0 has good dispersion and extrusion properties too, suitable for various synthetic rubbers and natural rubbers.
