We can approve *2% on FC MTN/BG deals, because of the requirement of more commitment from ECB to finance humanitarian projects.  Splitting as 1% for the cutting house project commitment purpose, and 1% for consultant fees: *0/*0 for both sides. Ths Cutting House is the Seller of the MTN's.  Only Principal Buyers whom can perform will receive the offer package.
