High-efficient activation mixer
The complete equipment of SJ series double-shaft mixer and GJ series high-efficient (strong) activation mixer, researching and developing specifically for mine full tail sand cementing filling, achieves activation mixing for cementing filling material by utilizing strong mechanical action of equipment for material, so as to produce the filling material with high concentration, homogen and good fluidity. It is applicable to mine full tail sand filling (including tailing and tail sand), grading tail sand cementing filling and river (sea) sand cementing filling.
Structure features:
It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, full-sealing structure, safe and convenient operation, low noise, high-efficient and wear-resistant material, stable operation, as well as safe use under strong-impact and high-abrasion state.
 Operation principle and application range:
The mixed material are inhaled into the equipment by high-speed rotating wear-resistance impeller, actively mixed by high-speed rotating wear-resistance impeller, and then pressed into the discharge port, so as to form the purpose of continuous mixing and transportation. The main role of this equipment is to re-mix the material discharged from double-shaft mixer, so as to mix them evenly and make them be filling slurry with structural flow condition.
