Technology

Raw pipe machining: Raw pipes → straightening → ends cutting → peeling

→ drilling → inner boring → end processing → inspection

Tube processing: Annular furnace pre-heating → first induction heating → second induction heating → lubricating → extruding → air cooling

Finishing: Annealing → straightening → end preparation → annealing → straightening → surface inspection → finishing → lubricating → dryness → cold rolling → normalizing → tempering → straightening → ends cutting → nondestructive inspection → final inspection → stocking.
