Application :

Our graphite coating/paint is used to protect the vacuum sintering boat and untensil, heat foundary and pressing mould, graphite electrode, graphite crucible, heating body. The technology is studying the vacuum sintering of horniness alloy, it settles the problems such as adhibiting boat, adhibiting sand, adding carbon and unstable quality during the horniness alloy sintering, by improving the technology. It has the fuctions such as the oxygenation protection in high temperature, reinforce tranfering electricity currency, the untisepsis performance, the reducinf energy consume. It is widely used in metallurgy industry, machine industry and chemicals.

Main Ingredients :

1. materials whose steam pressure is below 0.***3 MPa (***0°C), and has the best comprehensive performance

2. glass phase material that meet requirements as self-sealing material, make it become a crack sealing material in working temperature.

3. materials whose affinity to oxygen is stronger than it is to carbon-oxygen. It takes oxygen preferentially and makes itself oxidize, so it can protect the graphite electrode.
