2.1 The members of translation team all major in foreign language, graduate from full-time universities and accept strict subsequent education, training and evaluation of Brighten regularly.

2.2 Brighten provides the translation service of certificates. The translation transport, notary and authentication materials and other documents which could be used in company registration, alteration, cancellation and other administrative examination and approval matters, all receive the approval of Chinese Business Bureau (or hall), industrial and commercial bureau and other administrative organs.
