Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is suitable for refrigeration, electronic light bulb industry, printing, pharmacy, food
packaging, medical, chemical equipment, semiconductor vacuum gas analysis and physicochemical experiments.

1. The 2XZ series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is belong to two stage direct connection structure rotary vane vacuum
pump, which can be used for drying, sealing the container and other ancillary pumping air or net vacuum equipments.
2. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, convenient for using and more.
3. The 2XZ series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump can not be used as the compression type delivery pump.
 
 
I. Application Scope:
1. TW series single stage oil circulation rotary vane vacuum pump and 2TW series double stage oil circulation rotaryvane vacuum pump are the basic equipments used to seal the container, get the air out make it for vacuum, in
particular for refrigeration repair(refrigerant such as R*2/R*2/R**4a, new refrigerant pump suitable for
R**0a/R**7c ), printing machinery, medical equipment, vacuum packaging, gas analysis and thermoplastic industriesto do pumping operation, at the same time it can be used as first step pump for all kinds of high vacuum pump.
2. 2TW series double stage rotary vane vacuum pump will do the vacuum pumping once again based on the single stage rotary vane vacuum pump, it can make the system achieve higher ultimate vacuum.
 
II. Main Features:
1. Anti oil return design
The intake channel is for the special design, it can prevent the oil reflux to pollute the container and pipes when
stop pumping.
2. Environmental Design
The oil tank is for interlayer processing, and add the oil and gas separating device at the exhaust port, without
fuel injection and reduce oil mist pollution.
3. Aluminum alloy motor casing
Motor uses aluminum alloy casing, it has a high thermal efficiency,  which can guarantee the long time continuous
normal operation, and it also has good appearance quality.
4. Integrated Design
Motor and pump adopts the integrated design, it is more compact, lightweight and reasonable.
5. Large starting torque
This product special designed for using at the low temperature and low voltage environment, guarantee it can work
well in winter time under low temperature(minimum *5°C) and low voltage(minimum **0V).
6. It uses of shockproof rubber feet, it can reducing the vibration noise.
 
III. Instructions for Useful
1. Please remove the air vent cap before using( Note: new model oil-gas separator without the air vent cap), then check the oil level, ensure the oil level is above the Oil Level Line, customer should fill in the oil if oil level below the Oil Level Line( we recommende to use our Boke brand vacuum pump oil);
2. Remove the air inlet cap, connecte with the container for pumping, the pipes should be short, reliable sealing, no leakage phenomenon;
3. Insert the plug, open the switch then can be used;
4. Please pull out the power plug in time everytime after using, removal the connecting pipes, cover the air vent cap and air inlet cap tightly.
