Characters:
With linear type structure, Auto line IV consists of feeding shelf,
leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching
device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type
pittsburgh lock former, automatic feeding platform, double-driven
TDF flange former(or single-hem angle iron flange former) and
full-automatic computer control system. Nothing, punching and
plate-shearing parts are driven in the hydraulic manner. Line IV is
cost-effective and efficient, and it saves space. It is very
suitable for manufacturing TDF, TDC, angle iron flange with another
hydraulic folder. The maximum feeding speed is *6m/min, length
tolerance is ± 0.5mm. The computer system adopts closed-loop
feedback system which guarantees high precision.
Basic equipment:
1. Two sets of electrical feeding frames(***0****0***0mm*2)
2. One machine including leveler, grooving roller machine, notching
die, square die and shearer
3. One displacement-type pittsburgh lock former
4. One automatic feeding platform
5. One double-driven TDF flange former(or single-hem angle iron
flange former)
6. One full-automatic computer control system
7. One electric control cabinet
Note: In the aspects of weight and size, the parameters of the
above two feeding frame are not included in. And customers can
order the products with different models of sheet, different width
of sheet and different weight of coil stock.
