Mud Pump Liners for Drilling Rig

 1.Delian High Chrome Sleeve Liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer hull with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve.

2. The sleeve is centrifugally cast in our own facilities and is honed to a mirror-like finish. Our High Chrome Sleeve Liners have minimum uniform bore hardness of *2 RC.

3. They feature “HP” design to prevent inner sleeve slippage. Delian High Chrome Sleeve liners are tougher and last longer

Single Shell Liners

1.Single shell liners are made of out hull with inner surface treatment instead of sleeve.After the inner bore is nitro carbonized,it is quenched through medum and high frequecy  to  make the surface hardness reach *0RC.

2.  Chromium can be  further plated to make surface hardness  exceeds  *2RC,then the inner surface is honed to a mirror-like finish. our chromium plated liners have high hardness ,high corrosion resistance.free deformtion and best surface finish.

Zirconia Ceramic Liners

1.Pump  Liners feature a forged steel outer hull and a Zirconia inner sleeve. They come in a variety of sizes and fit in all major brand mud pumps.

2.They offer lifetime cost savings, significantly longer service, better performance and safer operation. The special hardness and exceptional wear resistance of Zirconia also translates into longer service from the urethane and rubber pistons
