Principle
- MWZS series atomization dampener, the structure includes: inlet pipe, regulating handle, distributing ring, distribution disk, control cabinet, casing, glass rotor flow meter, electrical atomizer, inspection window, grain collecting hopper, outlet, water outlet, machine base, etc.
- The material falls on the distribution ring, through inlet pipe, then under the function of distribution ring and the distribution disk, then distribute equally, and forms a material stream under the distribution disk. The water flow into the electrical atomizer through the flow meter, the material is dampened. The dampened wheat is discharged through the hopper; the residual water is separated from wheat through the trough hole, and discharged from water outlet.

Application
- This machine is special micro dampening equipment before the wheat into the roller mill. This machine adopts atomized water to dampen the wheat, here the amount of water in the bran of the wheat is increased, but the amount of water in wheat endosperm isn’t changed, so the bran is softening. The bran can keep integrated when milling, and the amount of bran in flour is decreased, flour is much whiter, dust content decreased, so the finished product quality is improved.
- This machine can be used for the rice atomization when milling.
