Wall Traveling Jib Crane

Description

Brief Introduction
Wall traveling cantilever/jib crane is of small type of lifting equipment with capacity from 0.*5t to *0t, which is mainly used in workshop where upper and lower (double layer) lifting equipment needed and the crane with less capacity on the lower side to load goods.
It can be installed on the column of workshop or the steel rail separately to work along with crane of large capacity on the upper layer and not affect it as well.
The control voltage can be *6V or your requirement.
Control method for it can be pendant, remote or operator cabin.
It has such advantages as easy in installation and maintenance, flexible operation, safety and reliability.

- lifting capacity of wall traveling cantilever crane can be 0.*5t, 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, *0t, *6t, *0t or your requirements.
- lifting height of it can be 3m, 7m, *0m, *0m, or so on required.
- lifting speed can be 8m/min, 0.8/8m/min or real requirements.
- working duty of it is M3 or M5 (ISO standard).
- crane traveling speed can be *0m/min or real requirement.
- max. upright wheel load is depend on the specification of crane needed.
- max. level wheel load is depend on the parameter of crane.
- steel rail for it is P*4 (*4kg/m) or P*8 (*8kg/m).
- power supply for the crane is of AC, 3ph, **0V/**0V/**0V/ **0V, *0Hz/*0Hz or real power at site.
In one word, all technical specification can be designed and manufactured according to real requirement of workshop.
Material for Crane Construction
- material for general crane construct like arm and so on is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- hook is forged casting steel or customer’s required.
- steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.
- slew bearing for jib crane is LYC, HRB or other well-know ones.
Component Used on Crane
- electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.
- such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.
- other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- steel arm and other large components covered by rain-proof clothes.
- other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in plywood box.
- some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.
