PACKING AND PRODUCT DELIVERY
PACKING: Bulk or1 Liter PET Bottles. Number of cartons, pallets and containers will be specificated oncorresponding packing list (Clause number 7/ 'b').
BOTTLES WILL COME WITH PERSONNALIZED LABELS AS THE DESIGN THE BUYER WILL SEND TO THE SELLER AS SOON AS THIS CONTRACT WILL BE SIGNED.
The product will be delivered at the warehouse specified by the buyer in ANNEX. The goods will be delivered to the buyer ́s warehouse not later than *0 (twenty) calendar days after receiving the buyer ́s BG MT**0 SWIFT to the seller ́s bank account.

TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PORT OF LOADING
a) The BUYER will be advised of the date of loading of each shipment by e-mail three days in advance.
b) Within *2 hours before the departure of the goods from the place of shipment the SELLER will sent by e-mail a complete set of documents as detailed in clause 7.
c) Loading port : Hamburg – Germany
d) Shipment is done by the seller.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION
PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AS PER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
As soon as the contract is signed and after the verification of the partial POP, the seller´s actual SGS and Bill of Lading, within seven (7) banking days the buyerBG MT**0 SWIFTfor the delivery, valid for *0 (ninety) days in favor of the bank account of the seller (owner of the goods).
Once the delivery of the order will be finalized and delivered as a CIF to the buyer´s warehouse, the payment for the goods will be realized TT.
Each single delivery (truck) must include CMR documents. The copies of the CMR documents will be immediately after loading of the trucks sent by the seller to the buyer´s email and the original CMR documents will be delivered to the buyer via truck driver.
DOCUMENTATION
The full set will be presented to the" BUYER" with the following documents:
a) Three (3) original and three (3) signed copies of commercial invoices.
b) Four (4) packing list, one (1) original and three (3) copies made declaring the net and
gross weight and the number of units and pallets.
c) Certificate of quality, quantity and weight and good load in two (2) original and four (4)
copies made by SGS.
This certification will be made by a well known company: e.g Bureau Veritas in loading Port,
prior to dispatch, and SGS in destination, unloading Port.
d) Phytosanitary certificate in two originals and three copies.
e) Roadmap in an original and three copies.
f) Euro 1 certificate in an original and three copies.
g) T2L documents in an original and three (3) copies
h) Documents confirming the insurance of the goods for each truck delivery.
i) CMR documents for each truck delivery.
PROCEDURES
1. - Seller issues draft contract in favor to the buyer´s for approval.
2. - Buyer sends back to the seller the amended draft contract for the seller´s for approval.
3. - Seller sends back the final electronic version of the finalized and signed contract to the buyer.
4. - Buyer sign the finalized contract and sends back to the seller.
5. - Within seven (7) days the seller sends the proforma invoice for the delivery of **0MT to the buyer together with partial POP, the seller´s actual SGS and Bill of Lading as a confirmation that the goods exist.
6. - Buyer verifies all the documents (all the documents confirming the existence of the goods) and after the verification the buyer BG MT **0 SWIFT for the delivery valid for *0 (ninety) days.
7. - Upon receipt of BG MT **0 SWIFT for the delivery, within (5) five international banking days the seller ́ Delivery commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
