Shrink Wrapping machine

AT Packaging offers a wide range of machines equipped with a microprocessor-based electronic card, capable of satisfying various packaging requirements:
- SL Series: low-speed L-seal hood machines (up to **0 packs per hour), ideal for the packaging of small/average-sized products. The machines are equipped with an electronic microprocessor controlling the main working operations.
- S Series: L-seal hood machines with outputs ranging up to **0 packs per hour, for the packaging of small/average-sized products.

- FP - Flexy Pack - Series: L-sealers, available in manual, semi-automatic and automatic version.

All models of this series can be supplied with or without shrinking tunnel, which can be separated from the machine. The FP series offers high-level performances, as well as the possibility to use polythene film besides the traditional shrinking films.

- BP - BetaPack - Series: shrinkwrappers with sealing bar, for the packaging of bottles, cans, boxes, jars and many other products for countless market sectors.

This series includes semi-automatic and automatic models for outputs ranging up to *0/*5 packs per minute for packaging in only film or film + pad. The tunnel conveyor is equipped with glass fibre bars, featuring high resistance to heat and ensuring a top-quality package.

- HA Series: automatic handle applicators, for the application of precut cardboard labels, pre-handled adhesive tape reels and paper and polypropylene handles on reel. This is a new, flexible series capable of satisfying most of the production needs required by the market: *5, *0, *0 and *0 packs per minute, depending on the pack collation and on the product size. The HA machines can be configured to handle products in single or dual lane, according to the manufacturing line features; the dual lane solution allows to double the output rate.
