【Description】
   With accurate mirror steel roller and the all through PLC controlling system, The Coil Coating Line is capable to finish pre-coating at in one operation either Two Coat or Three Coat paint systems. The Line can provide the pre-coated aluminium coils with thickness 0.*3~1.*0mm and width **0~***0mm, with daily output capability **0 tones in 8 production lines.

【Painting Materials】
PVF*2(PVDF, polyvinylidene Fluoride)Contain minimum *0% PVF2 resin and maximum *0% acrylic. It’s main paint material. It’s very durable, excellent flexibility and chemical resistance combined with highest possible performance regarding gloss retention, chalking and color change.
FEVE(4F type)
It’s new paint material based of tetrafluorethylene resin, with good durability and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Generally FEVE is superior to PVDF with gloss up to *0%.
  • Polyester
Good chemical resistance to outdoor durability. This material is good medium durable product.
Supper polyester
Good durable and chemical corrosion resistance with good flexibility and adhesion.
  • Abrasion resistant
Materials can be polyurethane or polyester resin mixed with polyamide. Good durability. It’s performance is in U.V. between an exterior quality polyester and silicon polyester. The benefit of this materials gives surface highly resistant to abrasion.
Acrylic
The resin is predecessor of polyester, good but generally inferior to the polyesters.
PVC
It’s thermoset paint with film up to **0 microns. Good moulding characteristics, easily embossed. PVC performs excellent in corrosion resistance.
PU
It’s thermoset paint with good flexibility and adhesive. Used as primer.
EPOXY
    Good capability of corrosion resistance and good adhesive. Used as promer.
