COMPONENTS AND FEATURES: 
Composite material is mixture of fiber material, such as wood, straw stalk, flax, coconut shell, etc., after treat processing as main ingredient and resin, such as PVC, PE, PP, etc.. as second ingredient. This kind composite combines the advantage specifications of two materials above together and it can be applied in many fields, such as architecture,decoration, furniture, transportation and so on.
The PE/PP and wood composite pelletizing extrusion line is applied to make composite pellets of PVC/PE/PP and wood before the processing technology of the extrusion production of composite profile. This processing technology can decrease the moisture of wood and kneading PVC/PE/PP and fiber homogeneously in order that the quality of composite profile can be improved largely.
