Auto Corrugated Board Flatbed Die Cutter With Auto Stripper

Model ***0P semi-automatic flatbed die cutter is design as automatic feeding corrugated paper board, to die cut and/or crease the corrugated board, and automatic stripping the die-cut waste. Suitable for converting various large format of colour printed paper box and corrugated box. 

Main features:

1. Powerful feeder(optonal manual feeding method) for corrugated board, effective feeding board even for curled/warped paper board or difficult in right place board. Easy adjustable for front guide and side guide, side gauge pull-rule runs reliable and stable.

2. Pre-stacking device, outside of main machine, design with arm lifter and lead rail mechanism, for accurate and convenient accessing to positioning paper, making paper stacking more neat.

3. Human-Computer interface, with true colour large tough screen, real-time displaying various working condition, fault points and reminding solution.

4. Automatic piling and conveying device, through photo sensor detecting, automatic dropping the temporary piling pallet hoisted by 4 chains, while piling up to pre-set amount, coordinating with assistant push-plate, automatic transport the papers to collecting table, make the “ Non-Stopping” stacking to be possible.

5. Electric control system, with PLC, converter original from Japan, carry out the automatic control and timely monitoring for each procedures such as die cutting and delivering, corresponding with all sorts of safety protecting devices, realizing safe and reliable operation.

6. Intermittent mechanism, with advantages of stronger torque and high positioning accuracy, the optimization for motion curve and drive angle allows the paper to run more stable and position more accurate at high-speed running.

7. Pneumatic clutch, from famous brand, with lower noise and minimum impact even while stopping machine at a high-speed.

8. Gripper rows and chain, made of special super hardness aluminium alloy, executed with anodic oxidation, achieves the perfect accuracy control via precise adjustment for die cut during machine running. Special main transmission chain with strengthened hardness of *5% for gripper bar improves machine stability and increases of service life.

9. Complete one block construction of upper flat bed, no-distortion even if bearing overload at high speed.
