 Configuration:

The machine is consists of furnance body ,crystallizer ,traction organization ,electric control system 

( a low frequency core-ype induction furnace (common industrial electricity *0 cycle),four crystallizers.

 Four sets horizontal traction group, four sets wire winding stands and water supply system.)

Features: The inner furnace divided into two parts by the firebrick .One is melting part ,and the other part is

 preservation part .this structure ensures the zinc ingot fully molten and  unstop casting efficiency .

The crystallizers contain graphite pipe and graphite holder. It co-works with the water supply system to cool down the zinc liquid quickly. Above the furnace, it equips 

with two temperature couples ,which adopt Japan RKC brand to tell the temperature precisely with a 

temperature tolerance of *-5°C) and it is durable.

Furnace door are equipped with power off protection .When the door stays open ,it will keep warm automatically

The core-type induction furnace can be more wear well, high stability, well heat conservation. 

Furthermore, it has a high output with *4hrs continuous working and four rods simultaneously.
