Description

The machine is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or EVA with chemicals into even materials. The even materials can be fed to calendar, hot presses or other processing machinery for making rubber or plastic products.
Rubber mixing mill machine is designed with welding structure base, frame, rollers, gears, lubrication device, heating, cooling device, roller is adjusting device, safety brake and motor, gear, etc. The roller adopts safe cold hard cast-iron, formed by the surface grinding smooth surface. Inside the hollow cylinder for use, according to the requirement, the steam and cooling water are used to regulate the temperature of the rolls.
