The equipement ( or valve) installed at the wellhead to contain wellbore pressure either in the annular space between the casing and the tubulars or in an open hole during drilling, completion, testing, or workover operations.

Minimum temperature is the lowest ambient temperature to which the equipment may be subjected. Maximum temperature is the highest ttemperature of the fluid which may flow through the equipment.
