Description

Generally speaking will design the Automatic Mesh Welding Machine specially according to the work piece shape, welding technology requirements, the size of the diameter of wire and the size of the mesh. 

 Main Features:

 1.0 Basic structure description on machine is as follows:

1.1 This equipment is mainly including(1)Mainframe,(2)Press structure,(3)Main welding circuit, (4)Crosswire pitch automatic feeding equipment,(5)Longitudinal pitch feeding equipment,(6)Drawing mesh system and (7)controlling system, etc.

1.2 Mainframe including main body outer iron crust and slider chassis. It apply to quality steel, which is through welding, heat treatment (to eliminate stress) and precision machining to guarantee the necessary rigidity and precision requirements of work piece.

1.3 Press Structure: it apply to the way of cylinder vertical compression of cam driving by motor, greatly accelerate the reaction rate movements, improve the production efficiency. The compression rod plating the rigidity chrome after exactitude polish. 

1.4 Crosswire pitch automatic feeding equipment: it apply to the servo motor start moving the gear rack and then obtain fasting feeding speed.

1.5 Pneumatic system: electromagnetism valve, air processor is apply to Taiwan “Mindman” products and cylinders apply to non-oil self-lubricate cylinder. The equipment match the gas storage jar to level off the press of the gas sources, guarantee the stability of the work.

1.6 Water cooling circle system: apply to parallel connection grouping cooling way to cool resistance transformer, SCR and electrode. It will take away the heat during the welding in time to stabilize the quality of welding, prolong the using life of the electrode and components conposement. Setting a flowmeter on the water gap, it convenience to observation and replacing the electrode.

1.7 Main circuit system:  SCR using the high-power water-cooling products from joint venture company’s high quality brand. Bi-directional parallel composition of output current stability, strong reliability.

1.8 Resistance Welding Machine controller box: using the computer spot welding controller, each of them controlled resistance transformer and electrodes. Main function as follows:Special ladder current controlling system to make sure the consistency of welding quality. 

1.9 Trawl system: the trawl system is made by cylinder component and servo motor. The function is to drag the mesh and obtain the mesh automatically welding. 

 

2.0 The Welding Process as follow:

Manually load lots of crosswires together to the up crosswire feeding box and feeding the longitudinal wire manually one by one → Press the “start” button →Automatically feed the crosswire to the welding station gate → Longitudinal pitch feed automatically → Cylinder press at one time and welding one by one then replacement →Drawing mesh system feed the metal mesh to the next welding station →Cross wire and Longitudinal wire feed automatically → Cylinder press at one time and welding one by one then replacement →Repeat the welding process until finish the full welding.
