GRP Pipe Hydrostatic Test Machine

Equipments for the hydrostatic testing of GRP pipes with diameters form **0 to ***0 mm, according to the BS ***0 standards appendix K and M, pressure of 2.5 to *0 bars ,capable of handling pipe lengths from 6 to *2 meters with the set of sleeve plugs on pipes up to DN ***0.

Main technical details:
1.Machine capacity: **0mm to ***0mm;
2.Testing pressure: **0mm to ***0mm is *2 bars; > ***0mm is *0 bars.
3.Pipe length:***2meters;
4.Supporting tables: 4 numbers with one cylinder at the center and two guides at both ends.
5.The machine has hydraulic cylinders to move the testing plate by **0 mm from the tail side of  the machine.
6.The machine should include testing plates for the full range (**0 to ***0mm).
7.Computer controlled and manual controlled;
8.Power supply: **0V/**0V/**5V/**0V ; Frequency: *0 Hz

This hydrostatic test machine on GRP pipes is the first set of computer controlled hydrostatic test machine on GRP pipes in China. We developed the programme by ourselves and it was running well.
