Description
1. The Computer Controlled GRP Cylinder Four Axis Winding Machine
adopts two shafts; it is able to wind two pieces different GRP
cylinders with DN *****0mm and Length less than ***0mm at the same
time.
2. The frame adopts gantry type. The headstock adopts two axis
chucks to clamp the shafts and winding cylinder; the tail of
tailstock adopts two chucks with pneumatic cylinder to clamp the
shafts and winding cylinder.
3. The Computer Controlled GRP Cylinder Winding Machine adopts four
axis winding; four axis winding means (1) rotation of main shaft;
(2) reciprocating moving of trolley; (3) stretching of nozzle; (4)
rotation of nozzle.
4. The machine adopts servo motor and servo driver imported from
Japan.
(1) Power of servo motor for main shaft rotation: *1 KW;
(2) Power of servo motor for reciprocating moving of trolley:
2KW;
(3) Power of servo motor for stretching of nozzle: 1KW;
(4) Power of servo motor for rotation of nozzle: 1 KW.
5. It is computer controlled; the winding diameter, width of
roving, winding angle, winding speed, stationery angle at the two
ends, layers of hoop/cross winding can be put into computer in
compliance with the requirement of the winding process; Accuracy of
draw-fiber is ±0.*1mm; Speed of draw-fiber is ***0 meters/min;
winding angle is ***0°.
6. Computer brand: EVOC, Taiwan.
7. The creel is four layers; each layer is able to put *6 coils of
fiberglass.
