Monel Wire is made of excellent combination of nickel and copper, offers exceptionally high corrosion resistance in the normal conditions and it has refined wear - ability to warm and dense alkali as well as neutral solution.

It has high tensile strength and used in marine applications and hydrocarbon treatment equipments. It is typically introduced in two forms: Monel **0 and Monel K**0 wire. 

Specifications of Monel **0 Wire:

The high strength Monel **0 wire is resistant to corrosion in the variety of corrosive conditions that makes it able to be utilized in the marine applications and non oxidizing chloride solutions. Monel **0 wire is immune to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking in the severe conditions.

Monel K**0 Wire

The non - magnetic Monel K**0 wire offers the combining property of superior corrosion resistance as offered by Monel **0 wire and additional benefit of large potential and toughness. It offers spark resistance andretains its non magnetic nature up to ***0 °C. 

Characteristics of Monel K**0 Wire:

·        It offers three times higher yield potential anddouble tensile stress as compare to Monel **0 wire.

·        Larger capability against stress corrosion cracking and resistance to sour-gas condition.
