Description

The theory is to anneal the cold rolling steel coil including heating, warm keeping, cooling under the protective atmosphere, the purpose is eliminating the coil surface hardening and residual stress, improving toughness, achieving light surface and uniforn hardness. The furnace is compised of uncoiler, shear, clamp, welder, S-roller, looping tower, error corrected device, furnace part, cooling part, skin pass, withdrawal and straightening unit,floating recoiling machine, electtic control etc.

The furnace is mainly used for bright annealing the cold-drawing steel tube, It is composed of feeding roller table, preheating room, heating room, middle slow cooling transition room, cooling room, ejection roller table, electric control system, protective atmosphere station etc.
