Three layers coextrusion film casting machine

It is a complete production line of casting film, monolayer and multilayers coextrusion avaible at customer’s choice, for producing embossed film, matt film, clear film and elastomeric films and so on.

The machine can be manufactured according to customer’s requirement. It can be designed into computer automatic control, with vector frequency converter, PLC integrated control, human friendly interface and touch screen displayer.
 
Property: Not hard and brittle in low temperature, not adhesive at high temperature of *5℃, low density, light weight, innoxious, nonirritant and no odor, less environmental pollution after using.
 
Usage:producing the lining film of table cloth, plastic gloves, shower cap, suit cover, car cover, umbrella and raincoat etc. as well as female sanitary towel, infant napkin, urine napkin, packing film and  the carrier film of general perforate film and film rolls.
