3. Seller issues the draft contract.
4. Both parties sign the contract and seller issues the Pro Forma Invoice.
5. Buyer issues the financial instruments. Seller issues the full proof of product
6. Seller receives the instrument and commences shipping.
7. Shipping commences within *0 days after receiving the guaranty.
8. Seller forwards all original documents to buyer after delivery of BL and shipping documents to bank for payment.
