Acacia Honey
It is a universal sweetener. It contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5,
B6, Zinc, Sodium, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron
and most of all, Calcium.
A great relief in common cold and catarrhal diseases, or to a sore
throat.
Milkweed Honey
Milkweed (or Asclepias) honey is a honey with delicate perfumes and
an intensive flavour, with a light colour similar to acacia, only
of a darker shade.
Its pollen content is low because bees do not collect it.
It is also ideal for people with an allergy. It has
anti-inflammatory and blood pressure regulating effects and it also
strengthens the body. According to clinical experiments, milkweed
honey is the second best type of honey for anti-inflammatory
effects.
If stored properly, it only crystallises after two years.
Hawthorn Honey
The earliest collected honey in the spring, originates from
national park area.
It is an extremely rare type, relieving heart and vascular
problems. It regulars pulse, decreases blood pressure and blood
cholesterol level, and prevents arteriosclerosis.
Sunflower Honey
A golden yellow honey which is quickly crystallised.
It relieves gastric acid hyper-secretion.
