Description

I\'m a lobster man on an island *3 miles off the coast of Maine.
I make smoked maine lobster meat packed in jars with oil. The lobster meat can be smoked with cherry,apple,hickory, wood chips. The meat is packed in Ball Mason jars with oil. The meat is put into a salt brine for 2 days and than smoked for **3 hours using the type of wood ships requested.
