Description

CMC is white or light yellow powder, granular or fibrous solids, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic.

It is a macromolecular substance, to swelling, swollen in water, can form a transparent viscous glue, has shown in a neutral PH.

 

Advantages

Uses:

1.Oil drilling grade: can be used as a fracturing fluid ,drilling fluid and well cementing fluid in petroleum ,  it provides good sand suspending and gel rupture capability, and low gel residue , which can protect the shaft wall and prevent mud loss thus enhance recovery efficiency. 
2. Detergent grade: When used in liquid, paste, detergent, as a stabilizer and thickener, when used in detergent, CMC can effectively prevent the pollution by synthetic detergent to wash after wash. 
3. Food Industry: Used as thickening agent in food industry , used in frozen desserts, protein food, beverages, icings, dressings, instant noodles, etc.

4. Used as sizing agent and printing paste in printing and dyeing industry such as protective colloid. It is easy a good stabilizer of the stock and helps to form film. It is easy to desizing.
