Brief Introduction：

Automatic composite coat coating machine is the core equipment in the Dacromet coat procedure, which includes an automatic coating machine, an industrial chiller and a hydraulic station. Designed by senior engineers, this equipment adopts advanced technology at home and abroad. It is used for painting Dacromet or other organic solvent and water based coatings on work pieces. The high efficiency, small labor intensity, excellent stability and long use-life make it the preferred equipment in the surface leaching process.

This equipment is composed of dip-coating structure, centrifugal drying structure, paint circulation stirring structure, paint temperature regulating system (mainly performed by the industrial chiller), feeding ascension structure, weighing transfer structure, work piece conveying system, electrical control system and some other elements. It covers the whole procedure, from dip-coating to unloading. The structure of this equipment is simple and reasonable, and the automation of the equipment is relatively higher. It is capable to set processing technology, according to different requirement.

Function overview

It mainly consists of inner casing, outer casing and insulating cylinder. The space between the immersion cylinder and insulating is the work space of cyclic homothermal water, which keeps the temperature of the masking liquid within n±3℃(n is a set temperature, usually be *0℃). Dip-coating tank is made of stainless steel.
