B) if what you need is solid veneer door, structure will be like below

 

Stile&rail: finger-joint wood + 2-3mm solid veneer

 

Panel: solid wood

 

 or

 

Stile&rail: finger-joint wood + 2-3mm solid veneer

 

Panel: MDF + 0.6mm wood veneeer

 

C) if what you need iscomposite wood door, structure will be like below

 

Stile&rail: finger-joint wood + 3mm MDF + 0.6mm solid veneer

 

Panel: MDF + 0.6mm wood veneeer
