Our services such as hotel reservation, welcoming you at the airport, transferring you from airport to your hotel, organizing business meetings, city tours in your free time, and providing required documents without any problem during the period that you will spend in Turkey, Iran, Iraq or any other neighbor countries.
 
Pre-Conference Administrative Assistance:
As the main point of contact, we liaise with trade show organizers on your behalf. We will reserve your booth; register your company in the official trade show catalogues, secure invitation cards, order exhibitor badges and parking permits, and assist with any other administrative tasks required.
 
Assistance at the Conference:
We will identify the companies it would be most beneficial for you to meet while exhibiting at the fair. We have numerous industry contacts and are happy to leverage them for your benefit.
If you require extra staff at the conference, we can arrange for one of our representatives to accompany you.
