HOW TO USE:
1. Hold the ceramic rod vetically, with the tip resting on the
towel or on other non-slip sureface, place the heel of the knife
blade against the rod, at the same angle you sharpening the knife
on the stone. If you are unsure of the angle, somewhere around *0
degree is probably OK. The most important thing is to maintain the
same angle throughout the honing process.
2. Stroke the knife slowly down the rod, starting at the heel of
the blade and finishing at the tip. Keep your wrist still while
moving your elbow back, applying slight pressure to the
rod.
3. Keep the rod stable while sharpening. Make sure to avoid
dropping from the high.
