Description

Steel pipe epoxy powder coating equipment

The devices are capable of *-layer and *-layer FBE coating. Its anti-corrosion techniques and product performance are in full compliance with APIRP 5L2, SY/T********0 and so on.

Pipe internal pre-heating
It is used to heat the pipe from *0 to *0 centigrade before blasting, and is used to wipe off water, moisture and greasy dirt on the surface, which can meet the demand of rust removal. 

Internal blasting device
It casts steel shot and grit to steel pipes' internal surface and remove steel pipe surface oxide and form a certain anchor depth on pipe surface, which can improve the adhesion of coating layer.

Internal coating devices
Internal coating devices is used to coat pipe which has been cleaned up. It adopts high pressure airless technology to coat and can be divided into single component and bi-component liquid epoxy coating.

Solvent volatilization device
It is installed at both ends of linear roller between internal coating and curing room and both sides of pipe outgoing rack's front part. Blowing device blow air into one end of coated pipe and then dangerous and harmful gas will be emitted out of pipes.

Curing room
It is used to dry the anticorrosion coating layer on the internal wall of pipe.
