Radiant tubes:U-type, W-Type, *-Type, P-type, L-Type, S-Type,
Straight-type and Electric radiant tubes
Application: The radiant tubes are working at high temperature
environment on average: *******0 C, most of them are used for
indirect heating to furnace like CAL(continuous annealing line)CGL,
(continous galvanizing line).
Process: Centrifugal/spun casting method for tube sections,
investment casting or sand casting for the bends, hangers, welding
and machining.
Material: High Nickel and high Chrome heat resistant alloys, Cobalt
base alloys, like. HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, *4/*4NbTiZr,
*0Cr/*0Ni(2.***3), 1.***5, 1.***9, 1.***8, 1.***0, 1.***9, 1.***1,
1.***5, 1.***2, 2.***9 or as per customers requirements.
Standard: ANSI, ASTM, ASME, DIN, GB etc.
