1.This tank is used for original material's saccharification.

2. The equipment is made by **4/**6 stainless steel, cycloid pinwheel reducer and jacketed heating and coiler cooling, equipped with PU foam insulation in the inner surface. Time and temperature can be controlled intelligent and flexible. It features delighted appearance, convenient cleaning, low noise, fast heating and cooling.
3.  Before using, please clean equipment with hot water and sterilize with steam to finish pre-progressing.

4. smashed raw material can be mixed with proportional water and starch slurry with proportional amylase, calcium oxide, sodium carbonate can be stirred together. Opening steam valve,liquefaction can be completed as heating temperature gets ****2°C in liquid tank. Sterilization can get a favorable condition as heating temperature gets **0°C, closing steam valve, setting DF control system to cool to ****3°C, adding saccharifying enzyme to insulate within **4hours.
