Use: This kit was created as an accessory for the pantograph
format changeover positioners.It allows
adjusting the height of the control contact lever unit in
order to detect the product flow.

Kit complete with 1 drive jack with RAL***4 orange reduction
gearbox in reinforced polyamide, 1 phosphated steel worm screw
connected to the RAL***5 black reinforced polyamide knob with
torque limiter secured with M6x*5 UNI***9 hex head screw
and M6 screw washer, 1 RAL***6 yellow polyamide
screw cap, 1 brake with RAL***5 black reinforced polyamide
tightening wing nut (RAL***4 orange wing nut cap), 1 gearwheel
in neutral polyamide; 1 idler
jack with reduction gear box in RAL***4 orange
reinforced polyamide , 1 gearwheel in neutral polyamide;
2 racks in galvanised steel, 2 bracketing plates in AISI **4
stainless steel, hexagonal transmission
shaft *6 in galvanised steel, M*0 tracer bar in
galvanised steel, control contact levers in RAL***5 black
reinforced polyamide , 8 UNI***9 M6x*5 hex head screws, 8
UNI***4 M6 self-locking nuts, *6 M6 screw washers, 2 UNI***9
M8x*0 hex head screws, 2 M8 screw washers.
Characteristics: the synchronised movement
of the two jacks occurs by means of the hexagonal
transmission shaft. The drive jack is equipped with a brake
that eliminates loss of position caused by external factors
(e.g. vibrations).
Warning: in order to protect the
internal transmission devices, if you use the knob for
movement,
the brake will not fully lock the position.
Maintenance: not required.
