and marketing ether-and sodium cellulose products, whose production
base is situated in Hebei Province, and owns its **-years R&D

of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC), Polyanionic Cellulose
(PAC), Carboxymethyl Starch (CMS), and etc.
