Description

New patent technology- Hot Extruded Fin Tube 

Different with current prevailing High Frequencey Welding Fin Tubes, fins and tube of Hot Extruded Fin Tube are made from on single piece of seamless tube by hot extruding.  This tube has features of high heat transfer efficiency and good dust resistance effect, which is particularly suitable for the Waste Heat Recovery boilers in cement plant. More and more cement plants are changing their waste heat recovery boiler fin tubes into this hot extruded fin tubes in their routine maintenance and after years of operation it proved hot extruded fin tube have strengths in:
 
  • Increasing steam generation (higher power generation);
  • Reducing boiler outlet temperature (more heat reused);
  • Reducing gas pressure drop across boiler (reducing ESP fan power consumption);
  • Longer lift time than HF fin tube (due to low dust accumulation)
