ZF-9998 STRUCTURAL SILICONE SEALANT
 
Features:
 Mono-component, neutral, curing fast structural silicone sealant
 Special designed for curtain wall sealing, no corrosion for metals, coated glass, cement and marble
 Excellent features as weather resistance, ageing resistance, UV-resistance, ozone resistance
 Superior temperatures resistance performance, tiny variation between -40℃ to 150℃
 Good sealing to most building materials, good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant
 
Applications:
 Curtain wall, aluminium-plastic panel, stone curtain like marble granite, metal structure, etc.
 Misconnection, butt joint of glass, or sealing of daylight proof and vacuum glass
 Sealing for semi-exposed frame and all hidden frame curtain and other construction sealing
 
Instructions:
 The rate between width and thickness of tape is 2:1, the actual rate is adjust according to the wind pressure and curtain wall load
 Do not work if the temperature of base material is over 40℃ outside
 Do compatibility test of sealing materials before use, the surface of materials should be clean and dry
 Cut open nozzle and guns to interface under steady pressure, contact well to ensure that joint filled
 
Cautions:
 Unsuited for objects with oil, plasticizer or solvent in surface
 Unsuited to be used in closed space, or contact with food or drinking water
 Do not work if materials surface temperature is lower than 4℃ or over 40℃
 Unsuited for cohering with copper or copper alloy materials
 
Safety Notice:
 Caution to keep open for uncured adhesive with volatile materials, which is bad for health
 Do not touch uncured adhesive directly long time. If into eye, watering immediately, and go to see doctor if necessary
