We have different kinds of agitators:

*-Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impeller, speed from *****0rpm or *****0rpm. this kind of agitator is mixing thin viscosity , such as eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid, water, etc...

*-Top mechancial agitator with propeller impeller, speed at fix *1rpm or adjustable *****0rpm or special requirement. this kind of agitator is mixing syrup, injection, blood, oral liquid, culture media, etc....

*-Emusification homogenizer, speed max ***0rpm for small vessel, ***0rpm for bigger tank. this kind of agitator is mixing most high viscosity , such as suspension, oil, fat emulsification , etc....

Two agitator can be installed in one tank if it needed.

 

Description:

1. Specification: *0L~*0,**0L even larger.

2. Material: SS**6L or SS**4

3. Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.*8~0.6μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish are optional). 4. Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.

5. Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (*0.1~1Mpa)

6. Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation

7. Jacket type: dimple jacket, full jacket, or coil jacket

8. Insulation material: rock wool

9. Components can be equipped as request: standard components: manhole or handhole, sight glass, cleaning ball

Optional components:

1. vent filter with Pall cartridge or china brand cartridge

2. temp. gauge, display on the gauge directly on the vessel

3. temp sensor pt**0, digital display on the control cabinet by instrument

4. temp sensor with control for heating and cooling
