1) If the buyer is in Ghana:

• . Seller and buyer meet at the refinery for Assay

• . Buyer pays in full on assay result

2) If buyer is out of Ghana

• Buyer will visit Ghana or send his representatives to inspect the gold so that assay will be conducted at Geological Survey Department or any other reliable private refinery to determine the gold purity.

• After a certified test report, buyer bears cost of the logistics fees  to enable process export & shipping documents etc. so that the gold can be shipped after completion of the said documents.

• Seller delegates one person to fly alongside with the buyer to witness the smelting of the gold at the buyer’s refinery so that final payment will be executed in to the seller’s chosen bank account to complete the transaction.
