Parchment Paper Rolls (Printed & Plain)  are dual wrapped with stretch film and label with its specifications according to the clients. The Parchment Paper rolls are studded with roll core plugs to prevent any damage during transit.
Parchement Paper Sheets are reamed using hard Card Board to prevent any damage to the sheets during transit.

Parchment Paper is manufactured by the process called Parchmentising of Paper. During the process the fibres of the base paper gets partially dissolved and intermeshed and gets packed with each other.
During the Parchmentising process, the fibrous structure of the paper gets dissappeared and rather gelatinous mass is formed while observing under the microscope. The spaces in fibres of the base paper gets filled with its own dissolved fibres. Thus this almost blocks the spacing in the fibres of the base paper. This makes the base paper impenetrable by water or oil.
Due to the process of the parchmentising, the base water attains the property of High Wet Strengh, Very High Grease Resistance, Resistance to Water Penetration ,Low Air Permeability and High Chemical Purity.
There fore Pure Vegetable Parchment Paper is **0 % for direct food contact.
