Application
LC**0 is mainly applied in strippable
coating, PVC ink, paper ink, electric cable material, pigment paste
and flake for PU, PVC adhesive, leather treatment agent, thermal
insulating foaming material, additive for PVC modification,
calcium-plastic floor, coating etc.
C) Solubility &
Compatibility
ForLC**0type
of bipolymer, ketone solvents are specially suited, such as
acetone, MEK, nadone and isophorone. Ester solvents have lower
solubility for DY*4 resin, such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate
and butyl acetate etc, Therefore, we need to heat the solution or
add ketone solvents into the solution
whileLC**0resin
is dissolved in ester solvents. Chlorohydrocarbons, Nitro compound
and alicyclic solvents, such as dichloroethane
and diethylene oxide, also can
dissolveLC**0type
of bipolymer, but these kinds of solvent are toxic, they are only
used in special situation.
LC**0type of bipolymer is miscible with other resins
during the course of usage, such as other types of vinyl chloride
vinyl acetate copolymer, PVC resin, perchloro-ethylene resin, ketone
resins, chloroprene rubber, NBR, polyacrylate, epoxy resin, polyester and
petroleum resin etc.
D) Pigments &
Stuffing
Most of pigments
and stuffing can be used withLC**0type
of bipolymer, such as titanium dioxide,
chromium oxide green, carbon black, chrome yellow, barite, mica
powder, talcum
powder, calcium carbonate
etc. We have to be extremely careful when use zinc, cadmium and
ferric oxide as the pigment, because they have catalysis at high
temperature for decomposition reaction of vinyl chloride vinyl
acetate copolymers.

Stability
LC**0resin has excellent light and heat stability,
but when it is used outdoors or at higher temperature, the
following stabilizers are suggested to use with it, such as
organotin stabilizer without sulphur, epoxy compound stabilizers
and light resistant ultraviolet stabilizer.
F) Packaging
and Storage
LC**0resin is usually
packaged according to *5Kgs per bag, which is the PP knitted bag
lined with plastic film. Sometimes, craft paper-plastic composite
bag lined with plastic film is also used according to the
customer\'s requirements.
LC**0resin should be
stored in dry place away from sunlight, any queries on technology
or quality assurance can be inquired to our company. Should
theLC**0resin
has been kept over the shelf time, it doesn\'t mean the resin is
invalid, but the user has to test the relevant properties
ofLC**0resin
and its finished product before using it in
bulk.
