Description
Fume produced in sintering
process enters desulfurize tower through stack flue in the tower,
fume firstly take reaction of foam sucking with Ca(OH)2 density
liquid in the tower, and then react with spraying serous fluid
atomized with multi-layer rotary spraying to produce sulfurous acid
Ca for implement dual converse foam sucking technology which
combine foaming sucking technology with spraying atomized suck
technology. Fume which is produced in sintering process, and go
through sulfuration in the
tower, is discharged into atmosphere from newly setup chimney after
water-mist is removed from it by demist device. sulfurous acid Ca
slurry produced by desulfurater reacting with fume is transferred
by liquid discharging pipeline to oxidized system for implementing
oxidization out of the tower.
