Color coating plate is classified as below:

1. Common Building Color Coating Plate

Common building color coating plate adopts polyester coating material as finishing painting to be coated by roll coater with technology of one coating and one baking or two coating and two baking processes. It has excellent anti-corrosion, mechanical property, decorative appearance. The color plate is formed into various new building material by other technical process of pressing into shape, composition etc. which is applied in various new industry building.

2. Home appliance tectorial membrane plate

With rapidly development of home appliance industry, the color coating steel plate is widely applied. At same time, it has more requirement on color coating plate. Due to home appliance is most

used in indoor, therefore, galvanized plate or thin layer of galvanized plate is used as its base plate, and then it is composited into home appliance after three coating and three baking or by again

coated with a layer decorative film.

3. Fluorocarbon plate adopts PVDF as main coating layer of fluorocarbon, max. electric load performance of atomic fluorine form into more stableness high performance fluorocarbon key and add its

4. Color Printing Decorative Plate

Printing type coating technology is that the intaglio embossed roll on finishing
coater conducts its figure onto the coating roll to implement printing such as wood grain figure. On other hand, the roll coater again coats light printing on its finishing printing or anti-violet ray protection film. The purpose of technology of printing process is mainly to enhance decorativeness and create real feeling. The printing plate is mainly used for decorative plate.
