Description

TET company is an engineg company of earliest design and manufacture steckel mill in China by joint venture with American which can provide strip steckel mill with annual production capacity of hot rolling strip from *****0t to *****0t. it generally is equipped with 2Hi or 4Hi universal roughing mill and descaler before steckel mill, and steckel mill adopts single or double stands arrangement, and equipped with water flow layer cooling system or water curtain cooling after rolling with underground the coiler for strip coiling. Compared with conventional continuous rolling mill train, its investment scale is more lower with less floor area. It is first choice for middle and small hot rolling strip enterprise who has an requirement of low production capacity and investment.
 
TET company can develop, design, manufacture different production capacity ofsteckel mill as per requirement of client.
The equipment of steckel mill mainly include uncoiler and coiler, furnace coiling box, single or double stands proper, mechanic and electric, hydraulic system, cooling system, cooling bed, shearing line etc. whole line adopts automatic electric control system
